A final, binding quote is issued only after an in-person or virtual site consultation, based on measured dimensions, chosen materials, and finalised scope of work.
3. No online payments
This website does not process payments. Any payment terms, advance amounts, or schedules are agreed separately, in writing, once a project is confirmed.
4. Project timelines
Timelines communicated during a consultation are our genuine estimate based on current factory capacity and project scope, but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly agreed in a signed project contract.
5. Intellectual property
The content on this site — including design imagery, copy, and the Deeksha name and mark — belongs to Deeksha Modular Factoryunless otherwise stated. Please don’t reproduce it without permission.
6. Third-party links
This site links to WhatsApp and a Google Maps embed. We’re not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party services.
7. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is error-free.
