This policy covers Deeksha Modular Factory(“we”, “us”), a factory-direct interior design and modular kitchen company based in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. When you submit an estimate/quotation request or contact form, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number (required)
• Your email address (optional, if provided)
• The project type and any details/message you choose to share
• The page you submitted the form from, and the time of submission
• Your explicit consent, with a timestamp, to being contacted about your enquiry

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to contact you about an estimate, a project consultation, or a question you’ve raised. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where it’s stored

Submissions are stored in our content management system, hosted on infrastructure we control. Access is restricted to staff who need it to respond to enquiries.

5. WhatsApp

If you contact us via the WhatsApp links on this site, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one — we don’t control how WhatsApp/Meta handles data on their platform.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update inaccurate data
• Delete your data, where we’re not required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason
• Withdraw consent to being contacted, at any time

7. Retention
